ARDOR: ar•dor /arder/ noun - passion or great love Ardor Hair House is a boutique studio dedicated to the passion of beauty. Founded by the husband and wife team Otto and Juliana Cafaro in 2025. Otto was quite literally born into the hair industry, watching and working in his parents salon which was in business for 27 years, until they retired. Otto has been a stylist for over a decade, specializing in cutting and design with an affinity for curly hair and short hair. Otto has cultivated a unique skills set, through his unique upbringing, his time spent living and working in NYC, and passion for education. Otto continuously seeks out the top stylists, trend setters and educators from across the country to ensure he can duplicate or translate any look to suit and enhance you and your one of a kind beauty. Juliana grew up cutting her family and friend’s hair with any tool that would bring their hair vision to life. She has always followed her creative passions and after graduating from the University of Florida, Juliana decided to change her life and leap into the path that brought her joy as a child, and has since traded the Venus razor for a pair of shears. As a budding stylist, she loves education and educating, enhancing curls, craft cutting, and bringing hair color dreams to life. If you’re down to get silly and spunky, then Juliana is sure to always leave you with a smile on your face. We want your experience at Ardor Hair House feel seamless and relaxing. Below you will find answers to common questions along with important salon policies to help you feel prepared for our reservation. Please always feel free to reach out! RESERVATION & WAITLIST Don’t see an appointment available? You can always place yourself on our automated waitlist or you can reach out directly to Otto to ask for an accommodation. You know him, he is always willing to make it happen for his guests. New guests this applies to you as well! WASH YOUR HAIR Please come to ANY color service with clean hair, to ensure the best possible results. A clean canvas is the best canvas. Any sweat or product buildup can result in uneven gray coverage or slow processing for blondes. You may be charged an additional fee for unwashed hair. PUNCTUALITY Please do arrive on time to your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and you could be charged a 50% cancellation fee. CREDIT CARD ON FILE To reserve and confirm your appointments, we will require a credit card on file. This helps with ease of future bookings. Your credit card information is stored securely in our booking system and is only used according to the terms outlined in your client agreement (deposit collection, cancellations or no-show fees). LETS FIX THAT All we ever care about is making our guests happy and making sure they LOVE their hair. If something doesn’t look quite right or doesn’t feel right, kindly let us know within 7 days so we can make the necessary arrangements. RESPECT AND INCLUSION We expect kindness and respect for everyone, guests and team alike. Our salon is a safe space for all <3 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS First time guests will be required to put a deposit of 50% down on high end services including extensions and blonding. All extension and alternative hair services will require a 50% deposit to cover the costs of the hair. PHOTO/VIDEO Any photos or videos taken during your visit are the property of Ardor Hair House and may be used for promotional purposes. If we don’t ask for/use a video or picture of your hair, it’s not because we don’t love it. It may be due to factors of timing or lighting. NO PRODUCT PHOTOS We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos of products in the salon. Buying from unauthorized retailers may be counterfeit or expired. Purchasing directly from us or through our affiliated links, ensures you are getting fresh, authentic products backed by your stylists professional guarantee and recommendation. By supporting us you are also supporting our continued education. GRATUITY Tips are always appreciated. We accept cash, card, Venmo or Apple Pay. Whatever is most convenient for you <3 WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? We use high quality science based products. We use Redken color. As for haircare, we use Redken, k18, Mizani curl care, olaplex and New Wash. HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE? Cuts are 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Color services can last between 1 hour and 6 depending on the complexity of the services. DUDE IDK WHAT TO BOOK? No worries let’s do a consult! DUDE I’M SICK… Dude, stay home. CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it, life happens and things can come up unexpectedly. However we ask respectfully to give us a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Ardor Hair House does reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the service for no-shows or last minute cancelations. If you must cancel please contact Otto or Jules at 239-306-3968 or via their respective instagrams DM's.
